Administration Officer

Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation delivering quality professional counselling, support, mediation and training services. Centrecare seeks to provide excellent, respectful and caring services, which facilitate healing and encourage all persons to develop to their fullest potential.
This role is responsible for assisting the agency with the development, implementation and maintenance of the ISO9001:2000, Risk and OH&S systems.
The duties of this role includes:
Assisting with the development and implementation of ISO9001:2000 systems throughout Centrecare
Conducting internal audits
Maintaining the Improvement Log System
Updating the Audit Schedule in line with audit outcomes
Ensure all versions of all forms and documents are available to staff at all times.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in administration with a quality focused attitude.
To be suitable for the role, you will need to:
Have previous experience in an administrative environment
Be able to meet deadlines
Be a team player
Have attention to detail
Work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite
