Centrecare Goldfields winner of Community Organisation of the Year award at the 2009 Goldfields Business Awards.
"Congratulations to Rosemary Hunt our Executive Manager in Kalgoorlie and all the staff at Centrecare Goldfields/Esperance for this wonderful achievement. The award is testament to twenty years of committed service to the Goldfields community. Our agency has always sought to provide a high quality and compassionate response to the people in the Goldfields and its surrounding region. This has occurred despite the many challenges that an organisation like Centrecare faces when providing services in regional centres and remote communities. In return, the local community has provided a high degree of support to Centrecare and we value this greatly.
