Family Support Network Cannington Armadale
Centrecare, in partnership with Wungening Aboriginal Corporation, is the lead agency of the Cannington Armadale Family Support Network (FSN).
The Family Support Network is a partnership of agencies working together to support families and individuals up to 25 years of age. We provide assessment and coordination of services to support individuals and families to meet their goals and keep children safely at home. The Family Support Network partners with a range of local services who work together to support families in our community.

How do we assist you?
We can help you identify your goals and access the right services, at the right time, to help you meet these goals. We can coordinate services if more than one support service is required. Our integrated support services work with children, young people and families in areas including:
- Mental health;
- Family and domestic violence;
- Drug and alcohol misuse;
- Homelessness and housing support;
- Family conflict;
- Parenting support;
- Relationship support;
- Financial assistance;
- Specialist counselling services; and
- Other support services to help your family meet your goals.
Where do we work?
Our service supports individuals and families living in the Cannington and Armadale Department of Communities Districts. If you aren’t certain if we can support you, please give us a call and we can help you find support.
