Lou is a registered Architect and Builder with over 35 years of experience in Design, Development, Masterplanning, Building, and management. Lou has held senior executive positions in Government and the Private Sector, delivering innovative housing, redevelopment of inner-city areas, land development, construction, and public policy. Lou is currently a Director of Dalcorp Advisory which provides consultancy services to the Private sector and government in land development, redevelopment and infill solutions, master planning, medium-density housing, product innovation, peer reviews, and mentoring.

She has over 25 years of psychological industry experience spanning State & Federal Government agencies (such as Customs) and private sector organisations, including health services, disability services, indigenous, aged care, education & training.

Rob is a senior manager in the Western Australian public service. He has over three decades of experience in community and regional development, customer service, governance, and regulation. He has a personal interest in the well-being of communities and their people and has served as the chair on school boards, president of school parent bodies, and been active in local sporting groups. Rob’s particular passion is in the development and support of young people.
Nadia has been running her own building company, since 2009, which specialises in bathroom and kitchen renovations, where she undertakes all the design work and project management herself. In 2015, she started Fini Developments with her father Tony Fini and business partner, Anthony Chun, concentrating on small residential developments. In her free time, she oversees the Tony Fini Foundation, which was established by her father who received an Order of Australia for his philanthropic and community work. Nadia herself has strong ethical and social awareness and has, through the Foundation, supported Centrecare’s Valuing Children Initiative.

Anne is a Chartered Accountant working as an Associate Director at KPMG Australia, she has 30 years of experience working in public accounting practice. Anne has worked advising businesses across a range of industries. She has also provided CFO advisory and strategic advice to not-for-profit organisations. Anne is actively involved in the community and has enjoyed her work Chairing several school boards and sitting on audit, risk, and finance committees. She has also enjoyed many years working with young people coaching netball.
