Centrecare is pleased to once again provide sponsorship for the Sorry Day event in Perth. The Sorry Day event for Perth will be held on Monday 26 May 2014, at the Sorry Poles, Wellington Square. Sorry day commemorates the history of forcible removal of Aboriginal children and its effects on Aboriginal families and communities. This event is a beautiful and powerful demonstration of reconciliation in action. As this years event falls on a school day 3,500 school students will attend a morning event, followed by formal proceedings for the general public beginning at 12.30pm.
