The Mental Health Commission needs you to have your say on the Statutory Review of the Mental Health Act (2014) (the Act).

The Statutory Review is an opportunity to review the operation and effectiveness of the Act – what is working well, and where improvements could be made. It is vital that everyone has a voice in this process.

Have you lived experience of treatment under the Act - consumers, carers, family members or other support people; as well as those who work within the mental health sector, organisations and agencies whose work is connected to the mental health system.

If so go to http://www.mhc.wa.gov.au/mhactreview for more information on how to participate. Submissions will be received up to 31 January 2022.
