The Valuing Children Initiative (VCI) commenced in January 2016. It is an ambitious project, established by Centrecare (Inc.) and Parkerville Children and Youth Care (Inc.), that aims to promote a positive focus on children and ensure that children are at the forefront of our considerations.
The VCI requires the active support of a community, armed with the knowledge that when all children flourish, so too does a society.
